Terms of Service

Doma Guard provides property-maintenance assessments, a Doma Score, Home Health Reports, maintenance planning, and document storage. Details of what is and is not included are in the Assessment Scope and Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the accuracy of the property information you provide. Reports are only as accurate as the information supplied.

Packages are billed at the prices shown at checkout. Digital reports are delivered within 24 hours after all required customer information has been received. Visual assessments are delivered after the scheduled visit takes place.

The Annual Doma Guard Membership renews yearly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current term.

If work has not yet begun on your report, contact us for a full refund. Once a report has been delivered or a visual assessment performed, the fee is non-refundable. If something went wrong, email us — we will make it right where we reasonably can.

You own the documents, photos, and records you upload. You grant Doma Guard permission to store and process them solely to deliver the service to you.

Doma Guard provides informational guidance only and makes no guarantee of safety, legal compliance, insurance coverage, home value, savings, or repair outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Doma Guard's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
