1. Tell us about your home
A guided intake covers the basics: address, age, square footage, and the condition and age of your roof, HVAC, water heater, electrical panel, and plumbing.
2. See a preliminary result
Before you pay anything, you get a preliminary score range and risk category so you know what you're looking at.
3. Choose your package
Start at $199 for the Doma Snapshot, or add a visual property review and a set-up document vault.
4. Add your documents
Upload inspection reports, warranties, repair receipts, manuals, and photos. They stay in your private account and remain yours.
5. Receive your Home Health Report
Your report lands in your dashboard and inbox with your Doma Score, risk snapshot, and prioritized actions labelled Now, Next 30 Days, Next 90 Days, and Monitor.
6. Keep it current
Track tasks, reminders, records, and score history in your dashboard, and refresh it each year with a membership.
What the Doma Score means
The Doma Score is a simple 0–100 home-maintenance readiness score based on the property information you provide and your assessment data.

The Doma Score is an informational property-maintenance indicator, not a professional inspection, engineering opinion, appraisal, insurance determination, safety certification, or guarantee.

Digital reports are delivered within 24 hours after all required customer information has been received. Estate Guard engagements are scheduled and scoped with you directly.
