Privacy Policy

Your property records are yours. This page explains what we collect, why, and what control you have.

What we collect

Account details (name, email), property information you enter during intake, and any documents or photos you choose to upload — inspection reports, warranties, receipts, manuals, and insurance records. We also collect basic usage data to operate and improve the service.

How we use it

To produce your Doma Score and Home Health Report, maintain your property records, send maintenance reminders and report notifications, process payments, and provide support.

We do not sell your personal information.

Access and handling

Your account is private. Property data, documents, and reports are associated with your account and are not visible to other customers. Access is limited to authorized Doma Guard personnel who need it to deliver your report or provide support.

We use private account access and secure handling of property records. Uploading photos or documents is always your choice, and you are asked to consent before each upload.

Service providers

We use third-party providers for payment processing, email delivery, hosting, and data storage. They process information only as needed to provide those services.

Your choices

You can download and export your documents and reports at any time. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing DomaGuard@gmail.com; we will confirm and complete the request, subject to records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.
