Doma Guard

Assessment Scope

What our assessment is — and what it is not.

Please read this before purchasing. You will be asked to acknowledge this scope at checkout.

What we provide

Doma Guard provides a visual and informational property-maintenance assessment. It does not replace a licensed home inspection, engineering review, appraisal, contractor evaluation, pest inspection, environmental assessment, insurance inspection, code inspection, or legal advice.

Doma Guard delivers visual property-assessment tools, organized documentation, educational maintenance guidance, and prioritized recommendations based on information you provide and, where purchased, a visual review of the property.

What we are not

Doma Guard is not a home-inspection company, engineering firm, appraisal service, insurance company, contractor, law firm, or code-compliance certifier.

We do not guarantee safety, legal compliance, insurance coverage, home value, savings, or repair outcomes. We do not diagnose defects, estimate repair costs, or determine code compliance.

Limits of a visual review

A visual review covers what is readily visible and safely accessible at the time of the visit. It does not include dismantling, destructive testing, entering unsafe areas, moving personal property, or evaluating concealed conditions.

About the Doma Score

The Doma Score is an informational property-maintenance indicator, not a professional inspection, engineering opinion, appraisal, insurance determination, safety certification, or guarantee.

When to call a professional

Consult qualified licensed professionals for diagnosis, repairs, safety issues, permits, legal questions, insurance claims, or any regulated service. If you believe there is an immediate safety hazard, contact the appropriate professional or emergency service.
